Turtle
and Frog Natural Soap
How We Make Our Soap - Part 3
I let the soap set for about a day, or sometimes 2 days,
depending on the humidity and temperature.
Then I carefully turn the mold upside down and pop the block out.

I use a chefs knife and a ruler to score the block.
Then I cut the soap into bars.

If the soap has hardened more than I thought, the knife will
sometimes crack the soap.
When this happens, I use a thread or a fine guitar string to cut the bars instead.

And there we have some lovely bars of soap.
They are then stacked in ventilated racks and given time to harden and cure.
Then they will be ready for sale and shipping.
